Superfoods for Life Smoothie


Rx Berry Green Now Smoothie
1 cup vanilla unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
1 cup fresh baby spinach
½ cup fresh or frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 banana, fresh or frozen
1 teaspoon Now Maca powder
1 scoop Now Pea Protein powder (plain flavor)
1 tablespoon Now Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon Now Green PhytoFoods Powder
1 tablespoon Now Chia seeds
1 tablespoon Now Hemp seeds

Mix ingredients with ½ cup ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
