Super Bowl 50 Party Recipe! 3 Layer Party Dip

3 Layer Party Dip
Black Bean Dip:
2 cloves garlic
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
½ freshly squeezed lime
¼ teaspoon cumin
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

½ cup Greek yogurt, plain

Avocado Dip:
2 ripe avocados
2 cloves minced garlic
1 freshly squeezed lime
½ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
3 chopped scallions to garnish

For black bean dip: In food processor, combine garlic, black beans, olive oil, lime juice, cumin, salt and black pepper and blend until smooth.

For avocado dip: In small bowl, combine avocado, garlic, lime juice, cumin, cayenne and sea salt and mix with large spoon. Add chopped tomatoes and cilantro and gently mix together.

Spread black bean mixture on bottom layer of serving dish. Spread Greek yogurt for second layer. Top with avocado dip for 3rd layer. Garnish with chopped scallions and serve with favorite tortilla chips.
