Whipped Feta Dip made with Greek yogurt and fresh herbs from the garden. We tried ours with fresh oregano, basil, and chives for a wonderful garden-fresh flavor. Use creamy Greek yogurt for the best and healthiest combination you will love.
Mince garlic cloves in a food processor. Add the feta and yogurt to the food processor and blend. Add the herbs, olive oil, lemon zest and juice, fresh cracked pepper, and chili flakes to the food processor and blend until everything is well combined. Sea salt to taste as the feta is usually pretty salty.
Serve immediately or chill for an hour before serving. Add a drizzle of olive oil and fresh chives to serve with your favorite flatbread, baguette, or fresh veggies.
